7:00 pm

Holliston Historical Society

Holliston, MA 01746

The Holliston Historical Society will host Local Author Bobby Blair & Publisher Lynne Damianos for a one-hour program titled “So You’d Like to Write a Book” on Veterans Day, Thursday, November 11th at 7 pm.

Blair, who penned several books this year, “A Holliston Call to Duty” and “A Holliston Oath to Support & Defend”, will speak about what motivated him to chronicle the military service of Holliston men and women from the Civil War to the present. Blair will share interesting facts he found while researching for his books.

Teaming up with Bobby will be Lynne Damianos of Damianos Publishing of Framingham, located in the Saxonville Mills. Damianos’ company provides editing/proofreading, book design, project management, printing in the USA, national distribution, marketing, consulting, and photography.

If you’ve ever had the inkling to become an author, this one-hour program might just help you along. The event is open to the public and admission is free. Refreshments will be served at the end of the program. Masks are optional.
